New items are eligible for an exchange or store credit if original tags are attached and there are no visible signs of wear for the following items;
- New apparel (dresses, tops, bottoms & outerwear)
- New Hats
- New Shoes; no visible markings on soles of shoes
Note that Sale, discounted and Artisan made (handmade) items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please be sure to read the product descriptions and review the measurements carefully prior to your purchase to ensure a proper fit. Handmade items are non-returnable, BUT if your item is faulty - just contact us upon receipt of the item - we'll make it right!
We ask that items be returned to us 14 calendar days from the original shipment date (as noted on the tracking slip).

Don't forget to keep the tags attached to the item!
Items that appear laundered, worn or altered or do not have the original tags attached are not eligible for a return. Soles of shoes should also show no visible signs of wear.
Exchanges are processed within 2 business days upon receipt of the item; if the item requested is in stock the Buyer will be notified via email once the item is received with details of the return and shipping information/cost.
Store credits are processed within 2-5 business days upon approval of the return. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are excluded. We will contact you via email when your return and/or store credit is ready!
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated to returns and exchanges.

Approved store credits expire 6 months from the original purchase date.

Return requests for defective items are handled on a case by case basis.
