Visual Merchandising Assistant

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented visual merchandising professional with a strong background in women’s fashion retail and hands-on merchandise presentation.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in fashion retail visual merchandising, preferably within women’s contemporary apparel or a specialty boutique.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in professional mannequin and form dressing, including garment pinning, draping, steaming, and accessorizing.
• Expertise in apparel folding, flat lays, and polished tabletop merchandise presentation.
• A strong understanding of color theory, color coordination, proportion, texture, and garment presentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute visual merchandising instructions with precision and consistency.
• The ability to work efficiently and independently while following established creative direction.
• A reliable, organized, and hands-on approach to maintaining an elevated retail environment.
