ASSISTANT MANAGER POSITION
Traits
Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of management retail experience in women's apparel and is familiar with and/or relates to the Mabel and Moss aesthetic. They are also articulate, have a sharp attention to detail and available to work full time (30+ hours per week), which includes weekdays, evenings and weekend hours as well as some holidays.
Specifics / Position Summary
Reports to owner and helps oversee the overall sales performance of the business and ensure the store is meeting and exceeding performance in the following areas that include but not limited to; the ability to organize, plan and implement sales strategies, inventory processing management, customer service standards, assisting with merchandising plans and marketing objectives.
Also responsible for assisting the owner in hiring, training and scheduling of new hires and other various tasks that will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or High School diploma w/2-3 years of proven sales experience in a retail management position
Experience in women's apparel - management in a small business environment a plus
Client experience; ability to function as a stylist, ensuring the customer remains the top priority
Leadership experience in managing priorities, delegation of duties and meeting deadlines
Leadership experience in managing and motivating a team of associates
Proficient in word, excel + photoshop a plus
Ability to carry and lift up to 25lbs occasionally
Background check + 3 business and personal references required
Compensation

CUSTOMER SALES ASSOCIATE
Traits
Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of women's apparel retail experience and is familiar with and/or relates to the Mabel and Moss aesthetic. They are also articulate, highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and available to work part~time with an average of 15-20 hours per week, which includes weekdays, evenings and weekend hours as well as some holidays.
Specifics / Position Summary
Reports to Assistant Manager and assists with duties in the following areas that include but not limited to the following; providing excellent customer service, processing incoming shipments, effectively communicates the shops beliefs/support and stays current on fashion and home trends. Suggestive selling is a must. Maintains a clean store environment. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs occasionally
At least one (1) year of sales experience in a relevant industry
Background check + 3 Business and Personal References required
Compensation

Social Media Associate Position
Traits
Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of social media branding experience in women's apparel and is familiar with and/or relates to the Mabel and Moss aesthetic. They are also articulate, have a sharp attention to detail, high communication skills and available to work part-time (15 hours a week). This position allows for flexible scheduling.
Specifics / Position Summary
A social media associate oversees social media platforms. Develops strategies to improve business visibility, brand awareness and assists owner to boost business through social media.
High degree of communication skills to answer inquiries, arrange schedules, communicate with users via social media platforms and develops engaging content for social media channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communication or marketing plus 2-3 years of branding experience and social media marketing techniques in a fashion related field.
Excellent communication skills and customer relations background.
