RETAIL SENIOR STYLIST | CLIENT ADVISOR 

We are seeking an experienced Senior level Stylist/Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for women's fashion, a strong background in luxury, boutique or speciality retail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients through personalized styling and outstanding service.

Qualifications

2-5 + years of retail sales experience, preferably in women's fashion, boutique luxury or speciality retail

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Polished appearance and professional demeanor required

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

Experience with styling and high-touch client experiences

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Technical aptitude, proficiency in Microsoft office and Retail POS systems

Bachelors Degree preferred but not a requirement.
